Afrofuturism Writing Workshop With Black Greek Poets

BGP's Writer's Workshop entitled "Afrofuturism Inspired by Eve L. Ewing" is an interactive conversation and writing workshop that centers and uplifts the Black future, while reflecting and connecting the dots of our ancestors. This workshop will inspire attendees to remind themselves of the shoulders upon which we stand and the shoulders we will then be one day. 

Jefferey "Big Homey" Banks and Darius R. Parker of Black Greek Poets will guide this workshop. "Be prepared to love, laugh and shed some tears of joy as we invoke our deeper selves."

*To keep this a safe space, this event is open only to Black folx. $20 Reparation Stipends are available to Black Residents of Ulster County.
